Abstract

The invention discloses a six-degree-of-freedom platform electric cylinder health assessment method based on sub-signal trend analysis. The method comprises the following steps: collecting data of voltage, current, temperature and vibration of an electric cylinder in four states of good state, preliminary damage, fault development and about failure as a data set; inputting the data set into the adjusted SSTA algorithm for feature extraction; inputting the extracted features into an SVM (Support Vector Machine) for training to obtain a trained neural network; and during startup and shutdown, the electric cylinder runs a vertical lifting action and collects data of the electric cylinder, and health state evaluation is performed on the collected data of the electric cylinder by using the trained neural network. According to the method, the SSTA algorithm is adjusted, so that the algorithm which can only be used under the vibration signal of the rotating machine originally can also be suitable for non-vibration data under the environment of a flight simulator.
