Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic simulation method for a hydrogen filling process of a hydrogen refueling station. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring all components in the filling process of the hydrogen refueling station; according to the control equation of each component and the change rule of the gas state in each component, determining a component mathematical model of each component; determining a process mathematical model of the filling process according to the component mathematical models of all the components and the characteristics of the filling process; and solving the process mathematical model to obtain state parameters of inlet and outlet gases of each part at any moment in the filling process, and realizing dynamic simulation of the filling process. According to the scheme, dynamic simulation of the filling process of the hydrogen refueling station can be achieved, the functions of process prediction, energy consumption analysis and thermal characteristic analysis are achieved, meanwhile, a foundation is laid for optimization of a hydrogen refueling station system and formulation of a filling strategy, and construction of infrastructures of the hydrogen refueling station is promoted.
