[0068] 500 g of flowers of Calendula (Calendula oficinalis) were placed in a washing tank and thoroughly washed with water at about 28°C. The flowers are then crushed with a grinder. 500 g of the resulting pulverized material were treated with a red linear laser diode with a power of 20 watts and a spot diameter of 4 mm, capable of generating harmonics at a wavelength of 250 nm.
