[0022] Polypropylene (PP2401, produced by Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.), octene-ethylene grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (POE-g-GMA, produced by Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry), ammonium polyphosphate (APP, produced by Clariant Chemical Group), antioxidant 1010 (Swiss Ciba), calcium stearate (Beijing Changyang Farm Chemical Factory), put into a low-speed mixer and stir evenly, so that each component is fully mixed evenly. Wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene resin, the antioxidant is 0.15 parts, and the calcium stearate is 0.3 parts. Then the above mixed material was extruded and granulated in a twin-screw (ZSK-25, WP Company, Germany) at 180-230°C. The extruded pellets were dried in a constant temperature oven at 80°C for 6 hours, and then injected into standard specimens at a temperature of 190-220°C for various mechanical property tests.
