Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition comprising vesicles released from activated T lymphocytes, and methods for its production and application. The vesicles contain a series of biologically active molecules that confer upon them notable properties such as: antigen recognition, antigen presentation, and other regulatory and effector functions. The present invention also relates to the transfer or delivery of antigenic molecules (such as peptides, peptide / MHC complexes, TCR and its subunits, etc.) using the above-mentioned vesicles to antigen-presenting cells (APCs) to induce specific immune responses, especially specific CTLs method of answering. The present invention also relates to methods for selectively or specifically delivering molecules to target cells using the above-mentioned vesicles.

Description

[0001] Introduction [0002] The present invention relates to a composition comprising vesicles released from activated T lymphocytes, and methods for its production and application. The vesicles contain a series of biologically active molecules that confer upon them notable properties such as: antigen recognition, antigen presentation, and other regulatory and effector functions. The present invention also relates to the transfer or delivery of antigenic molecules (such as peptides, peptide / MHC complexes, TCR and its subunits, etc.) Method of CTL response. The present invention also relates to methods for selectively or specifically delivering molecules to target cells using the above-mentioned vesicles. Background of the invention [0003] The immune system consists of two basic components: leukocytes and soluble mediators. Different leukocyte subsets constitute an immunoregulatory network in which the maturation and activation of each class is influenced by the others. ...
