In order to solve the problem of small negative anisotropic dielectric value of the liquid crystal compound, three fluorin atoms introduced upwards into the benzene ring of the liquid crystal compound of cyclohexyl diphenyl in order to provide a liquid crystal compound not only with a big negative anisotropic dielectric value but also with a high electrical resistivity. The invention is mainly used in the liquid crystal display.
