BACKGROUNDField of the Invention[0001]The present invention is a legal use of industrial hemp1 as a smoking article that does not contain THC. This invention employs hemp as its primary ingredient, which enables users to easily make consistent non-tobacco smoking articles using their own choice of herbs other than tobacco.
