This invention discloses a safe and controllable injection
system for subcutaneous infusion of preparations, comprising: a shell with an
internal cavity for accommodating a reservoir; a reservoir, installed within the cavity, for storing the infused
drug solution; a drive
assembly, located within the shell and connected to the reservoir for applying a continuous thrust to the reservoir; and a micro-infusion tubing, one end of which is sealed to the outlet of the reservoir, and the other end of which is equipped with an injection needle for
puncturing subcutaneous tissue, the needle having an internal micro-volume flow path to reduce residual
drug solution within the tubing. This invention uses a constant-force spiral spring as the drive source, combined with a flow-limiting tube with precisely controlled inner
diameter, to provide a stable and controllable driving force throughout the infusion process, ensuring uniform
drug infusion within a predetermined time, improving the stability and
efficacy of drug absorption; furthermore, the infusion process eliminates the need for continuous hand-held operation by medical personnel, saving medical resources.
