This invention provides an
upper limb positioning device for interventional
cardiology procedures, belonging to the field of
medical device technology. It includes a
forearm support plate, a
wrist support plate fixedly connected to one side of the
forearm support plate, and a back-of-hand support plate fixedly connected to the side of the
wrist support plate away from the
forearm support plate. The forearm support plate,
wrist support plate, and back-of-hand support plate together constitute a support and positioning mechanism for supporting and limiting the patient's
upper limb. By setting up this support and positioning mechanism, this invention can provide wrap-around support and positioning for the patient's
upper limb, effectively improving the fit and overall stability between the patient's upper limb and the support and positioning mechanism. This avoids unconscious rotation or lifting of the patient's upper limb during the procedure, eliminating problems such as needle displacement and vascular tearing, and effectively improving the overall safety of interventional
cardiology procedures.
