Problems solved by technology

However, as the phase difference increases, the vibration and abnormal noise of the electric fan will also increase.
In this way, when the higher harmonic current is suppressed through the above-mentioned control, the increase of the input power of the electric fan 1 is also limited.
[0009] In addition, in the device where the input is switched from low input to high input through taps like Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 7-67816, since the input will change greatly, the sound produced by the electric fan 1 will also change greatly, sometimes Make users feel uncomfortable

Abstract

The invention provides an electric machine which controls a motor to inhabit higher harmonic current and motor vibration and reduce production cost, with easy application, wherein the stator (1a, 1b) of the motor (1) are provided with a plurality of taps (1c-1h) which can be switched to switch the input power of the motor (1), the invention uses normal phase control to inhibit the vibration of the motor (1) and switches the taps to reduce the electrical level of higher harmonic current in the area with low higher harmonic current of power supply.

Description

[0001] technology area [0002] The present invention relates to electric machines such as electric vacuum cleaners used in general households and the like. Background technique [0003] The general structure of the existing electric vacuum cleaner is shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 63-274396 and Japanese Laid-Open No. 7-67816. The specific configuration thereof will be described below. [0004] First, the configuration in JP-A-63-274396 is shown in FIG. 10 below. Wherein, 1 is a motor (electric blower), 5 is a commercial power supply, and 6 is a bidirectional thyristor (hereinafter referred to as a bidirectional thyristor) for driving the electric blower 1 . 7 is a thyristor driving device that changes the phase angle of the triac 6 so as to change the attraction force of the main body of the vacuum cleaner. [0005] The voltage applied to the electric blower 1 in this circuit configuration is shown in FIG. 11 . Specifically, the voltage alternates ...
