Embodiment 1

[0031] The test raw material is catalytic cracking diesel A. The properties of the raw oil, process conditions and product properties are listed in Table 1 and Table 2. It can be seen from the table that the raw material has high sulfur content and moderate aromatic content. Under milder operating conditions, All indicators of the products can meet the requirements of "World Fuel Code" Class II diesel, which not only achieves the purpose of deep desulfurization and dearomatization, but also achieves the purpose of directly producing FCC diesel to meet the "World Fuel Code" Class II diesel .

Embodiment 2

[0033] The test raw material is catalytic cracking diesel B. The properties of the raw oil, process conditions and product properties are listed in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively. It can be seen from the table that the raw material has a high aromatic content and moderate sulfur content. Under severe operating conditions, the obtained product has a very low sulfur content. The aromatic content can meet the requirements of Class II diesel in the World Fuel Standard, and achieve deep desulfurization. The purpose of dearomatization, at the same time, the density is greatly reduced and the cetane number is greatly increased.

Abstract

A process of removing sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons from diesel oil. It comprises, mixing diesel oil and circulating hydrogen, and entering the first reactor for hydrogenating and removing sulfur and nitrogen, hydrogenating and saturating olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons, the effluent entering a high-temperature high-pressure gas stripping tower for gas stripping to remove H2S and NH3, then mixing the effluent and circulating hydrogen, entering the second hydrogenation refining reactor; the effluent of the reactor entering in sequence a high-pressure separator, a low-pressure separator and a fractionating tower, the fractionating tower separating naphtha and diesel fractions; gas enriched in hydrogen from the high-temperature high-pressure gas stripping tower entering a water-washing tank, to remove H2S and NH3, then mixing with gas enriched in hydrogen from the high-pressure separator, compressing and circulating to the first and the second reactor. The method could greatly reduce impurities in diesel oil, such as sulfur and nitrogen.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for refining hydrocarbon oil in the presence of hydrogen, and more specifically, it belongs to a method for diesel hydrofining. Background technique [0002] Due to the increasing demand for environmental protection, countries around the world have revised their diesel specifications, requiring oil refineries to produce environmentally friendly fuels. In 1998, the "World Fuel Code" initiated and formulated by the three major automobile associations divided diesel product standards into Class I, Class II, and Class III, and recently added Class IV. Among the new diesel specifications, the major changes are the sulfur content, aromatics content and cetane number. The requirements for type II diesel: sulfur content is not more than 300ppm, total aromatics content is not more than 25% by weight, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons content is not more than 5% by weight, cetane index is not less than 50; Class III diesel requirement...
