Embodiment 1-3
[0061] The ingredients shown in Table 1 were mixed, and the mixture was extruded into pellets using a conventional twin-screw extruder at 200-280°C. The resin pellets were dried at 80°C for 3 hours, and molded into test samples using a 6-ounce injection molding machine at molding temperatures of 180 to 280°C and 40 to 80°C for measuring flame retardancy. Flame retardancy was measured according to UL94VB at 1 / 10" thickness. Notched Izod impact strength was measured according to ASTM 256A at 1 / 8" thickness. Heat resistance was measured according to ASTM D 1525 at 5 kgf. Spiral length, the length of resin flow, was measured with a 10 oz injection molding machine at 250°C and at a molding temperature of 50°C with an injection flowmeter at a molding speed of 60%. Gloss was measured with a gloss meter at a measuring angle of 60°.
