The accessories are selected from one kind or above of silicane coupling agent, titanic butyrin, titanic carbethoxy and aluminate ester. The process is carried out by adding ST anti-rust powder and barium sulfate into high-speed mixer, adding into iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow or sun proof yellow successively, adding into accessories into high-speed mixer, low-speed agitating for 3-10 mins and high-speed agitating for 10-20 mins. It costs low and has better stability, deposit and rust resistances.
