Abstract

The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of roasted melon seed with spices, belonging to the leisure food. The roasted melon seed with spices is manufactured by adopting the dry sunflower seed as main raw material and adding with supplementary material, then boiling, stewing, adding fragrance, drying and adding fragrance to a shell of sunflower seed, the specific procedures are that: 1) materials selecting: the sunflower seeds with tidiness, satiation, not tainted and dryness are selected; 2) the impurity removed; 3) boiling: the sunflower seed is sent into the liquid to boil for 40-50 minutes, the quantity of the liquid is 4-6 times of the sunflower seed; then the liquid is controlled and discharged; 4) stewing and adding fragrance: the spice and the flavoring is mixed in the cold water to manufacture the liquid for adding fragrance which is then evenly sprayed in the boiled sunflower seed; the sunflower seeds are turned and fully mixed and then stewed for another 50 to 60 minutes, finally, the sunflower seeds are picked out and drained; 5) drying: the sunflower seeds for adding fragrance are then dried for 4 to 5 hours in 100 to 110 DEG C with being tedded during the drying; 6) adding fragrance to the shell of sunflower seed: after drying, the sunflower seeds are added with fragrance to the shell when the temperature reduces to 40 to 50 DEG C, the fragrance quantity is 0.2 percent of the sunflower seeds weight.
