Abstract

The invention relates to a gas recovery and reinflation device, which is a recovery and reinflation device of the sulfur hexafluoride gas used for the electric device, comprising a gas line part and an electric control part; wherein, the gas line part includes a hand valve, a normal closed electromagnetic valve, a filter decompressing valve, a decompressing valve, a safety valve and a one-way valve, furthermore, a digital display vacuum meter, an air pressure meter, a vacuum pump, a buffer tank, an absorbing device, a cooling fan, an air dividing device and recovery reinflation and vacuum extraction gas line formed by an air compressor; whereas, the electric control part comprises an alternating contactor, a power relay and a trapezoid control circuit formed by a programmable controller and so on. Besides, by controlling the alternating contactor and the power relay, the opening and the closing of partial valves of the gas line and the work state of the air compressor and vacuum pump are adjusted, realizing the process of recovery and reinflation of the sulfur hexafluoride and the vacuum extraction. Avoiding the possibility of the accident caused by frequent hand operation in the existing recovery device, the invention provides a new small recovery and reinflation device which has easy operation and can perform primary process to the sulfur hexafluoride gas.
