The device comprises a machine body, wherein a ventilation connector (1), a first electromagnetic valve (3) and a second electromagnetic valve (4) are arranged in the machine body, one end of the ventilation connector (1) is connected with the first electromagnetic valve (3) and the second electromagnetic valve (4) through air inlet and outlet tube sets respectively, and the other end of the ventilation connector (1) is connected with an external air chamber; a micro water detector (2) is connected to the air outlet tube set, and an air circulating drying unit is further arranged in the machine body and connected between the air outlet end of the first electromagnetic valve (3) and the air inlet end of the second electromagnetic valve (4) through an air pipe. The method and device are suitable for the field of micro water drying of the SF6 electrical equipment.
