Abstract

The invention relates to a pressing equipment for large-specification ultra-thin porcelain plate and the pressing method. The pressing equipment comprises combined hydraulic machine, molding mechanism and conveying mechanism. The combined hydraulic machine comprises upper beam, bed frame and multiple hydraulic cylinders installed on the upper beam. Multiple pairs of guide bars are connected between the upper beam and the bed frame. Movable horizontal beam is mated on multiple pairs of guide bars and the upper end of movable horizontal beam is connected with the lower end face of movable shafts of multiple hydraulic cylinders. The molding mechanism comprises pressing head and molding frame sliding on the pressing head. The pressing head is connected on the lower end of movable horizontal beam. In the conveying mechanism conveying belt moves among working table, pressing head and molding frame to constitute cycling device by the bed. Forming blank material manufactured by blank-material forming device is sent into hydraulic machine by the conveying belt. Compared with prior technology, the invention can produce the large-specification ultra-thin mirror porcelain plate with random natural smooth clear pattern, which is provided with high strength and high density and can be polished.
