Abstract

The present invention provides a static pressure pile technique for the construction of the basements of the existing building. The present invention includes eight steps: (1) a bearing platform and connecting beams are constructed, and pile-driving holes are arranged on the bearing platform; (2) anchor rods are embedded and reaction frames are installed; (3) precast piles are hoisted and jacks are installed; (4) the precast piles are driven to a designed elevation one by one, clamped and fixed; (5) earth is excavated layer by layer till the elevation of the bottom of the lower floor slab of the newly constructed basement; (6) the vertical force-bearing components, such as posts, walls, etc., are lengthened, and the bearing platform and the connecting beams of the next layer are casted; (7) the precast piles are driven to the next floor, and the reaction frames and the jacks are moved to the next floor; (8) the steps are repeated, and after the construction of the basement of each layer is finished, the reaction frames are disassembled.
