Abstract

The invention discloses a nuclear track security transfer film and the manufacturing method, which belong to the anti-counterfeiting technology field .The nuclear track security transfer film includes thermal transfer film and cold transfer film ,which are formed by coating a multi-mixed resin layer on PET coating ,and the multi-mixed resin layer can be transferred and can suppress laser. The preparation technology is as follows: the nuclear track is formed on a thermal transfer laser layer or a cold transfer laser layer after suppression of laser hologram, irradiation, imaging, chemical etching, cleaning in soft water and drying, thus the preparation of nuclear track security transfer film is completed. Besides, the thickness of the produced nuclear track security transfer film is only 1micron or a few microns, the produced nuclear track security transfer film can attach the nuclear track which has anti-counterfeit feature to carriers having various packages by methods of heat and cold transfer without punching. The mature preparation technology is suitable for rapid completion of large quantities of additional anti-counterfeiting technology, and precision positioning. The problem that the bottom belt is easy to rupture in the conventional manufacturing of anti-counterfeit labels in a rapid labeling machine is avoided because of no punching.
