Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment equipment of wastewater produced from chromate treatment by using a coke-scrap iron method, wherein, a reaction device is essentially composed of a roller (6) which is placed in an incline way, bent plates (16), and a stirrer (10) and a drug tank (11) arranged on a settling water tank. A plurality of bent plates are arranged at the rims of the two sides of a neutralizing tank (21) in a tooth form; an aftertreatment device is provided with the settling tank, in which a plurality of transitional bins and filtration bins that are arranged crosswise and communicated are arranged, wherein, the neutralizing tank (21) that is communicated with a first transitional bin (15) is arranged in the first transitional bin (15) which is also provided with rough hole and pore foam board filtration devices (13) and double-inclined-tube settlers arranged in different filtration bins. The treatment equipment has novel design. The roller can lead the coke and the scrapiron to make free fall in the roller, thereby avoiding caking of the scrap iron; the economic and suitable double-inclined-tube settlers are used in the filtration bins; a rough hole and pore foam board design is used in the last purifying procedure; therefore, the final water quality requirements are guaranteed. The whole equipment can treat wastewater continuously.
