Abstract

The invention adopts the technical proposal that: the aliphatic spray coating polyurea elastomer comprises a composition A and a composition R, wherein, the composition A is polyisocyanate prepolymer obtained through synthesis of 25 to 55 portions of aliphatic polyisocyanate and 45 to 75 portions of polyether glycol; the composition R comprises 35 to 55 portions of amine chain extender and 45 to 65 portions of polyether polyamines; and the composition A and the composition A are matched for use according to the isocyanate index between 0.9 and 1.2. The aliphatic spray coating polyurea elastomer material has good overall mechanical strength, stable ultraviolet resistance and excellent gloss and color retention.
