The invention discloses a preparation process for methanol synthetic gasoline which is mixed by the following raw materials, in weight percentage: 40 percent to 95 percent of industrial methanol; national standard gasoline or basic gasoline or a mixture thereof in random proportion, or 0 percent to 70 percent of mixture of two or more basic gasoline in random proportion; 2 percent to 5 percent of fluxing denaturant; and 0.1 percent to 0.5 percent of composite functional agent. The preparation process adopts the steps: firstly the fluxing denaturant is added into the industrial methanol for stirring for 5 minutes to 10 minutes under the conditions of normal temperature, atmospheric pressure, no spark, fire prevention and explosion protection, the composite functional agent is then added thereto for the agitation for 5 minutes to 10 minutes, then the national standard gasoline or the basic gasoline or the mixture thereof in random proportion is added thereto for being continuously stirred for 5 minutes, finally completing the preparation. The methanol synthetic gasoline prepared by the process is to add inexpensive combustible liquid methanol and other liquid combustible substances with relatively large reserves in great proportions into the traditional gasoline, the substitution rate of the petroleum composition is extremely high, the energy can be saved, the national petroleum import pressure can be reduced, massive foreign exchange disbursement can be saved, and the socioeconomic performance is good, meanwhile, the process has technical advantages of environmental protection, good power performance, corrosion resistance, extensive use scope, stable quality and simple and convenient production, and being worth wide promotion.
