Abstract

The present invention relates to a glycosylated hemoglobin sensor based on the field effect tube; wherein, the sensor comprises a basic sensing chip and a disposable immunoassay test strip; the sensing element of the basic sensing chip adopts the field effect tube which is prepared with the standard CMOS technological stream sheet and integrated with a readout circuit; the basic sensing chip integrates two pairs of differential field effect tubes and corresponding differential readout circuits, which are respectively used for detecting the concentration of the glycosylated hemoglobin and the hemoglobin; the disposable immunoassay test strip is prepared on an insulating material, and comprises two pairs of grid electrodes made of gold and a reference electrode made of platinum; the two pairs of grid electrodes are respectively used for detecting the hemoglobin and the glycosylated hemoglobin; the reaction zone of the disposable immunoassay test strip is limited by an insulating layer, and is exposed out of the sensitive surface of the grid electrodes and the effective part of the reference electrode; and after the disposable immunoassay test strip is connected with the tester, the two pairs of grid electrodes are respectively connected with the grid zones of the two pairs of differential field effect tubes.
