Example Embodiment

[0014] Example 1

[0015] In the embodiment 1 of the one-bath de-bleaching process of medical dressings, the following process steps are adopted, wherein the pre-washing step is arranged before the de-bleaching one-bath process, and in the process, a complexing, chelating and dispersing agent is used. Chemicals extract natural fiber growth and metal ion impurities that are not conducive to the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide during the weaving process. The new process is carried out in two steps:

[0016] a. Pre-washing: Add about 15 kg of 0.75% Jieerbai (CCW) and about 5 kg of 0.25% scouring agent (K400) into water at a temperature of 50 degrees, and pre-wash the dressing in the reactor. Wash for 20 minutes, drain, then pressurize or run water for 15 minutes, drain.

[0017] b. Rinse off: add bleaching agent in the reactor, the formula of bleaching agent is: 96% sodium hydroxide 2.2% about 44 kg, 27.5% hydrogen peroxide 8% about 160 kg, scouring agent (K400) 0.65% About...

Abstract

The invention discloses a new bath bleaching technique for medical dressing, which comprises two steps, namely prewashing and bleaching, wherein the prewashing step is as follows: adding 0.5 to 1 weight percent of cleaning bleacher and 0.1 to 0.5 weight percent of refining agent of the dressing, prewashing the dressing from 10 to 40 minutes in a reaction kettle at a temperature range of between 30 and 90 DEG C, discharging liquid, then pressurizing and rinsing or rinsing the dressing by liquid flow in the reaction kettle for 10 to 25 minutes, and discharging liquid; and after prewashing the dressing, adding bleacher containing sodium hydroxide and oxydol in the reaction kettle, and bleaching the dressing. The technique effectively solves the problems that the prior bleaching technique consumes much time and much energy and produces much sewage, the product becomes yellow and crisp easily, and the like. By adopting the technique, the total cost reduces greatly; and the technique has favorable economic benefit and social benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of degreasing and bleaching of fabrics and fibers, in particular to a new one-bath debleaching process for medical dressings with high production efficiency, low energy consumption and less pollution discharge. Background technique [0002] The principle of the traditional de-bleaching process of cellulose fibers in the medical dressing industry is to first remove the lipid-like water-repellent substances on the surface of natural cotton fibers with sodium hydroxide, so that the cellulose fibers can reach the water absorption standard of medical cellulose fibers (settling within ≤10 seconds) speed), followed by oxidizing substances (H 2 o 2 , NaClO) to remove the pigment, so that the whiteness of the cotton cellulose fiber can meet the whiteness requirements of the medical pharmacopoeia (≥80Pate). The traditional process takes a long time to process. It needs to be degreased by high-temperature and high-al...
