Abstract

A vehicular steam injection boiler has the evaporation capacity of 18 t / h; both a radiant section boiler and a convection section boiler are installed on a tow truck, wherein, the radiant section boiler is internally provided with a radiant section tube bank which is composed of a plurality of furnace tubes that are arranged along the annular direction of the inner wall of the radiant section boiler; the two adjacent furnace tubes are sequentially connected with each other head to tail by an elbow to form a snakelike tortuous single back stroke tube bank; the convection section boiler is internally provided with a convection section tube bank which is a single back stroke tube bank formed by connecting six lines of light tubes and a plurality of lines of finned tubes in a reciprocating way by using the elbow; a feed water preheater is installed outside the radiant section boiler, and the feed water preheater, the convection section tube bank and the radiant section tube bank are connected with each other by a pipeline; a furnace brick lining on the inner wall of the radiant section boiler is formed by compounding six layers of heat preservation materials; a transition section of the steam injection boiler is removed, the volume of the boiler is reduced, the heat loss is decreased, and machine weight is lightened, so that the vehicular steam injection boiler can bear the mechanical vibration in the transportation process, thus obviously increasing the rated evaporation which can reach 18 t / h.
