Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction and separation method for lycorine in Lycoris radiata. Lycoris radiata bulbs are taken as a raw material, and the lycorine is extracted by adopting complex enzyme pretreatment, dilute hydrochloric acid leaching, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and chloroform extraction methods. An adopted novel process effectively combines an ultrasonic extraction method with a composite enzymatic hydrolysis method, which shortens extraction time, and also greatly improves the extraction rate of the lycorine; and the extraction rate reaches 0.97 percent, and is higher than that of the prior extraction process. The method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple needed equipment, concise flow, and reasonable and feasible process.
