Lycoris radiata, known as red spider lily, red magic lily, or equinox flower, is a plant in the amaryllis family, Amaryllidaceae, subfamily Amaryllidoideae. Originally from China, Korea, and Nepal, it was introduced into Japan and from there to the United States and elsewhere. It is considered naturalized in Seychelles and in the Ryukyu Islands. It flowers in the late summer or autumn, often in response to heavy rainfall. The common name hurricane lily refers to this characteristic, as do other common names, such as resurrection lily; these may be used for the genus as a whole.

Method for producing lycoris by plant tissue culture

The invention relates to a method for producing the lycoris by plant tissue culture, which comprises the steps of: (1) taking an MS (mass spectrometry) culture medium as a basic culture medium, and taking a 2, 4-D, IAA (indo acetic acid), NAA (naphthyl acetic acid), 6-BA (butyl acrylate) and IBA (iso butyl alcohol) as a regulated and controlled growth hormone preparation culture medium; (2) taking the bulb of the lycoris as an explant, and sterilizing; (3) vaccinating the explant of the bulb on a bulb inducing culture medium to culture in an inducing way so as to grow bulbils; (4) transferring the bulbils into a rooting culture medium to culture in a rooting way, so that the bulbils can independently absorb the nutrient elements from the soil and the matrix; (5) transferring the bulbils into the culture medium to culture; (6) opening an opening of a vaccination bottle to refine the seedling; withdrawing the bulbils, and transferring the bulbils into a nutrient cup which takes the vermiculite, the pearlite and the nutrient soil as the mixed matrix; and transferring the bulbils into a large tent, so that the survival rate reaches 94%-96%. The method is less in material taking, and economical in culturing; the culture condition can be manually controlled and is not influenced by the natural condition; the method is short in growing period, and high in propagation rate; and the quality of lycoris is guaranteed.

Preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine lotion for treating redness-swelling type cellulitis

A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine lotion for treating redness-swelling type cellulitis belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation methods. Currently, antibiotics and sulfanilamide medicaments are generally used for the treatment of redness-swelling type cellulitis, and have the disadvantage of great side effect. The technical scheme of the invention is that the preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking the following 28 herbs of polygonum hydropiper, common lantana leaf, sedum, shrubby breynia, phymatopsis hastata, herba patriniae, changium smyrnioide, hemsleya macrosperma, rhizoma anemarrhenae, radix tinosporae, nasturtium, honeysuckle, bidens biternata, houttuynia, herba lespedezae cuneatae, hypericum perforatum, sedum sarmentosum bunge, sagina subulata, lycoris, patience dock root, radix sophorae flavescentis, balsam pear, folium llicis latifoliae, elephantopus scaber, gentrin knotweed, saxifrage, solanum nigrum and licorice in water, decocting with mild fire, filtering to remove residues so as to obtain the medicinal liquid which is the traditional Chinese medicine lotion for treating redness-swelling type cellulitis. The advantages are that the prepared traditional Chinese medicine is less in toxic and side effect, short in treatment course, and high in cure rate, and can also prevent adverse effect caused by western medicine administration.

In-vitro rapid propagation method for lycoris radiata

The invention relates to an in-vitro rapid propagation method for lycoris radiata. The method comprises the steps of: taking a bulb of lycoris radiata which is planted in an open field, disinfecting the bulb, and taking down epiphytic cormels near a mother bulb and planting the cormels for 1-2 months; after the bulb is disinfected, removing the outer skin, peeling seed buds, and performing inductive growth culture of adventitious buds to obtain a tissue block with adventitious buds; making the obtained tissue block into a longitudinal tissue block, and performing bud elongation culture on the longitudinal tissue block in a bud elongation culture medium; and when the obtained adventitious buds elongate and generate side buds, cutting the adventitious buds and putting the adventitious buds in a rooting culture medium for inductive rooting culture to obtain lycoris radiata seedlings. The young and tender buds of lycoris radiata are used as explants which directly generate a lot of adventitious buds so as to further obtain regenerated seedlings, so that the regenerating efficiency is increased, the sprouting ratio is not less than 90%, the contamination rate is low, the situation of repeated contamination in a culture process is avoided, and the induction rate can be increased and the regenerating period can be shortened by adjusting the conditions of the culture medium.
