The application relates to a
processing method of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and belongs to the field of
deep processing of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The application discloses a
processing method for removing the
toxicity of herba rhizomatosi, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning; (2) dampening: placing cleaned herba rhizomatosi underground stems in yellow
wine for dampening; (3)
steaming: placing the dampened herba rhizomatosi underground stems in a high-pressure steamer for
steaming; (4) cooling: cooling the steamed herba rhizomatosi underground stems to
room temperature; (5) pre-freezing: placing the cooled herba rhizomatosi underground stems in a pre-freezing cabinet for low-temperature freezing; (6) vacuum freezing
drying: performing ultralow-temperature
vacuum drying on the pre-frozen herba rhizomatosi underground stems in a vacuum freezing cabinet; and (7) warming: warming to
room temperature in the freezing cabinet after the freezing
drying is completed. The application adopts a modern ultrahigh-temperature
steaming technology, which can deactivate the toxic component of herba rhizomatosi, i.e., lycoramine, on one hand, and shorten the steaming time and reduce the loss of the characteristic
active component, i.e., herbarhizomatosin, in the steaming process on the other hand.
