Various instant foods processed according to the method of cooking, forced cooling, oil impregnating (oil frying or oil spraying) and evenly stirring, cooling, quantitative packaging and sterilizing treatment can be eaten for a long time within the shelf life; in particular, the emergence of the instant cold noodles, the instant sheet jelly and gluten and the instant cold jelly increases the variety of the instant foods.
