Abstract

The invention relates to a garlic volatile oil composition, and a preparation method and application of a preparation thereof. One kilogram of the garlic volatile oil composition contains the following components: 1-5ml of diallyl polythioether, 120-125g of stearic acid, 120g of sesame oil, 125g of paraffin oil, 50g of glycerol, 10g of triethanolamine and distilled water for adding to 1000g. The method for preparing the cream preparation from the garlic volatile oil composition comprises the following steps: heating and fusing the stearic acid, the sesame oil, the paraffin oil and the diallyl polythioether into solution A and holding temperature for use; mixing the triethanolamine, the glycerol and the distilled water into solution B, heating the solution B to reach the holding temperature of the solution A, then slowly adding the solution B to the solution A, stirring mixture of the solution A and the solution B to be completely emulsified into cream; and condensing the cream composition to room temperature and filling to obtain the cream preparation of the garlic volatile oil composition. The obtained cream preparation can be used for treating bacterial infection, mycotic infection and viral infection, and protozoan tumor of skin and mucous membrane.
