The method comprises the following steps: providing a plurality of first LEDs and a plurality of second LEDs, wherein the first LEDs and the second LEDs are arranged in a row in a staggered mode; providing each preset time used for driving the first LEDs to brighten; and providing variable quantity of the voltage at one end of the second LEDs to the time which decides image data of the position of the second LEDs. The scanning speed of the scan method is higher than that of the prior method. A multiplexer is not need to select the LEDs in the design of a circuit, so the design of the system can be simplified; in addition, the parallel output is adopted, so a drive circuit is not needed to increase the brightness, and the cost is saved.
