Embodiment

[0016] Embodiment: The experiment was carried out in a water plant in the south. Taking activated carbon effluent bacteria as the research object, a reasonable and effective step-by-step separation scheme was determined by selecting microfiltration membranes with different pore sizes. The operating parameters of the activated carbon column are empty bed contact time of 18 to 25 minutes, combined air and water backwashing. The test was started after the activated carbon column was running stably.

[0017] The study found that most of the bacteria in the effluent of the activated carbon column were below 20 μm, and the microfiltration membrane was used to filter the water samples during detection.

[0018] (1) Take 1L of water sample, pass through a 0.45 μm microfiltration membrane, autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes before using the microfiltration membrane, and rinse both sides of the filter membrane with pure water repeatedly for 4 to 5 times;

[0019] (2) Rinse the filter m...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for separating carbon-absorbed germs and free germs in active carbon treatment effluent of drinking water. A separation method of 'micro-filtering membrane filtration+ low-speed centrifugation' is adopted to separate the carbon-absorbed germs and free germs in active carbon treatment effluent of drinking water and provide a necessary means for the deep research on carbon-absorbed germ control. The method has the advantages: (1) the method realizes the effective separation of the carbon-absorbed germs and free germs in active carbon treatment effluent, accomplishes quantitative analysis through a physical separation process on the premise of not changing any physical and chemical property of the carbon-absorbed germs, and ensures the detecting stability and accuracy; (2) both the micro-filtering membrane filtration and the low-speed centrifugation of the method can be carried out in a common laboratory, the laboratory consumables of the method are easily obtained, the operation cost is low, and the method is economical and practical; and (3) the separation method can also be applied to any water plant provided with active carbon technique, and is simple and shortcut to be operated and easy to be realized.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to a method for separating charcoal-attached bacteria and free bacteria in drinking water treated with activated carbon. Background technique: [0002] In recent years, the problem of micro-pollution of drinking water sources in my country has become increasingly prominent. Conventional water treatment processes cannot effectively remove organic matter, color, odor and algae toxins in micro-polluted raw water, making it difficult to guarantee the quality of water supply. Activated carbon advanced treatment technology has been widely used. The activated carbon process is mostly set after filtration and before disinfection. The adsorption properties of activated carbon make the concentration of nutrients and dissolved oxygen near the carbon particles higher, and the microorganisms attached to the porous surface of the carbon particles can avoid the hydraulic shearing effect....
