Abstract

The invention provides a method for preserving peanut germplasm resources under constant-temperature, dry and sealed condition. The method includes the following steps of: first stage, airing the harvested germplasm with water content being 40-60 percent for 4-5 days until the water content of peanut legume is 12-15 percent and the water content of kernel is 10-12 percent; second stage, continuing airing until the water content of the peanut legume is 8 percent and the water content of kernel is not more than 7 percent; and third stage, mothballing and placing the peanut germplasm in a constant-temperature store in time under the conditions of ambient humidity not more than 45 percent and ambient temperature not more than 18 DEG C. The constant-temperature store remains the ambient temperature at 18 plus or minus 1 DEG C and the ambient humidity not more than 45 percent.
