The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting fresh kitchen waste, andpicking up inorganic impurities in the kitchen waste, then, filtering out extra water by a filter net, and preparing kitchen waste pulp with moisture content of 70%-85% by a pulping machine; (2) collecting fresh kitchen manure, uniformly mixing the kitchen waste pulp and the collected fresh chicken manure in a certain proportion to obtain a mixture, so that the dry weight content of carbohydrate in the mixture is 28%-40%, the dry weight content of protein is 15%-25% and the moisture content is 65%-80%; (3) laying the mixture in a hermetia illucens culture tank, then, putting hermetia illucenslarvae at 2-3 day age into the hermetia illucens culture tank, controlling the temperature at 29-37 DEG C, and carrying out treatment for 7-13 days; and (4) before the hermetia illucens larvae enter aprepupa stage, separating the hermetia illucens from hermetia illucens dung. The method can greatly reduce the feed ratio of the mixture obtained by mixing the kitchen waste pulp and the fresh chicken manure, and greatly increase the larva producing rate of the hermetia illucens.

The invention provides a hypothermic anesthesia transportation method for live Oncorhynchus mykiss, the method comprising following steps: 1) feed deprivation: food provisioning for Oncorhynchus mykiss is stopped for 2-3 days before transportation; 2) cooling and anesthesia treatment: water tanks are filled with cooled aquaculture water of 1-2 DEG C; the water temperature is maintained; anesthetic is added to the water and mixed well. The Oncorhynchus mykiss deprived of food is weighed and then put in the aquaculture water and quick cooling and anesthesia are performed. The Oncorhynchus mykiss is taken out of water surface when the activity ability of the fish is nearly exhausted. By this time, the fish bodies are in the state of hypothermic anesthesia and then they are to be encased. 3) the Oncorhynchus mykiss are transported by packing transportation or water track transportation. After arriving at a destination, The Oncorhynchus mykiss are brought back to life and the temperature of aquaculture water is gradually increased to normal level. The hypothermic anesthesia transportation method has following beneficial effects: no matter how much the transportation volume of live fish is, the transportation method can be performed with low cost, simple, flexible and easy operation; and the economic benefit can be guaranteed by high rate of survival of fish after transportation.
