The biologically-aided totally-chlorine-free bleaching technology of flax cloth or fiber comprises the following steps: flax raw cloth is subjected to the alkali boiling off and acid pickling, then is subjected to the biological pretreatment and bleached by hydrogen peroxide; and the hydrogen peroxide re-bleaching process is carried out at the following conditions: 4-15g/L hydrogen peroxide, the pH value of 7-11, the bleaching temperature of 40-80 DEG C, the bath ratio of 1:5-20, and the bleaching time of 0.5-2 hours; and the whiteness of products after bleaching can reach up to more than 80 percent, the tensile strength can reach up to 500-900*800-1200N, the capillary effect is more than 8 cm, and the prior requirements of the bleaching technical indications of flax cloth are met.
