The invention discloses a Myzus periscae overwintering breed conservation breeding method including the following steps of: (1) performing collection, detoxification, purification and renovation on Myzus periscae, and obtaining robust and disease-free Myzus periscae; (2) inoculating the Myzus periscae on fresh radish sprouts or green vegetable sprouts in a glass greenhouse for breeding in November every year; (3) inoculating the Myzus periscae which is on the fresh radish sprouts or green vegetable sprouts onto tobacco flowers in the glass greenhouse in February of the second year, and breeding the Myzus periscae on the tobacco flowers for 10-15 days; and (4) inoculating the Myzus periscae which is on the tobacco flowers onto bottom leaves of tobacco plants in a plastic shed and performing expanding propagation on the Myzus periscae. According to the invention, the tobacco flowers are used as transitional hosts. The tobacco flowers are the parts of the tobacco plants with the lowest nicotine content. The tobacco flowers contain honeydew, and attract the Myzus periscae to eat, and thus the activity and fertility of the Myzus periscae can be ensured. After the method of the invention is used, the survival rate of the Myzus periscae inoculated onto the tobacco leaves is raised to 70% from 10% in the prior art. The egg laying amount, after the Myzus periscae is inoculated with aphidius gifuensis for 7 days, is 60-70 times of the egg laying amount in the prior art.
