Abstract

The invention relates to a thermoelectric composite crude oil processor, which is applied to the dehydration processing of produced fluid of low permeability oil fields with small fault blocks, remote oil wells, polymer oil extraction and marine oil development. The invention comprises a gas preseparator, an oil-water preseparating chamber, a heating furnace chamber, a heating chamber, a thermo-chemical settling chamber and an electric dehydration chamber, wherein, the gas preseparator is used for carrying out oil-gas separation on the produced fluid; the oil-water preseparating chamber is used for carrying out the first oil-water separation on the produced fluid; the heating chamber is used for heating the produced fluid; the thermo-chemical settling chamber is used for carrying out the second oil-water separation on the produced fluid; and the electric dehydration chamber is used for carrying out the third oil-water separation on the produced fluid. The invention comprehensively utilizes technologies of supergravity dehydration, thermo-chemical settling and electric dehydration to carry out oil-water separation effectively on the produced fluid; and the invention also has the advantages of compact equipment structure, no easily-damaged parts, simple operation and maintenance, and low investment and maintenance cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a crude oil processor, in particular to a thermoelectric composite crude oil processor applied to low-permeability small fault block oil fields, remote oil wells, polymer flooding production fluid treatment stations and offshore oil platforms, and belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation. Background technique [0002] At present, the water content of produced fluids in low-permeability small fault-block oilfields and remote oil wells continues to rise, oil pulling has gradually evolved into water pulling, production costs continue to rise, and polymer flooding produced fluids are more difficult to treat. The high water content of the produced fluid consumes a lot of heat energy, and the instability of the incoming fluid from the wellhead can easily lead to electric field breakdown. However, the current crude oil processors basically use thermochemical sedimentation for dehydration in the first stage, and electrochemic...
