Abstract

The invention provides a producing process of a number plate of electric equipment, which comprises the following steps: cutting an aluminum plate body of standard specification, and polishing the front face of the aluminum plate body with sand paper; spraying a layer of aluminum alloy priming paint on the front face of the aluminum plate body; spraying a layer of silvery reflectorized paint on the aluminum alloy priming paint; spraying a layer of varnish on the silvery reflectorized paint to form a varnish layer; sending the aluminum plate body to a baking finish house for baking; arranging an information mark layer on the varnish layer of the aluminum plate body which is qualified by baking; cleaning the information mark layer, and forming a transparent protection layer on the information mark layer with prepared epoxy colourless methy lsilica gel by adopting a plastic drop process; air drying the aluminum plate body under natural state; and clearing raw edges of the aluminum plate body with a cutter to obtain a finished product. The process has precise design and simple process, is suitable to change laggard production technology of number plates and is beneficial to improving the practicability of the product.
