Embodiment 1

[0028] A full set of double-cycle screw expansion power unit installed in the sulfuric acid plant of Wengfu (Group) Company, including a desalted water heater 1, a set of screw expansion power unit 4 and related electrical instrument control system, working fluid condenser 5, and a pipeline The pump 6 forms a heat energy recovery device. The circulating acid with a temperature of 104°C from the absorption tower in the acid production process is introduced into the desalinated water heater 1, and after heat exchange, the circulating acid is cooled to 85°C and then returned to the system for cyclic absorption, and the released heat is deoxidized The desalinated water is brought out; the deoxygenated and desalinated water is heated to 80°C and then enters the screw expansion generator set 4, and after the heat is released, it circulates through the pipeline circulation pump 6 to realize cyclic heat exchange; the low boiling point working medium and the desalinated water are indire...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recovering low-temperature level heat energy in acid making in sulfuric acid production. A heat energy recovery device consists of a screw expansion generating set, a circulating pump and a desalted water heater; high temperature circulating acid out of an absorption tower in the acid making procedure is introduced into the desalted water heater and subjected to heat exchange and temperature reduction, and then returns to the system for circular absorption, and the heat energy released is brought out by deoxidized and desalted water; the deoxidized and desalted water is heated, enters a working medium heater, releases heat and exchanges heat through a pipeline pump; a working medium with low boiling point indirectly exchanges heat with the desalted water, or the working medium with the low boiling point indirectly exchanges heat with sulfuric acid directly; the working medium is heated, evaporated and boosted, and then generates power through the screw expansion generating set or directly drags other equipment; and the working medium is continuously circulated, and the low-temperature level heat energy of the circulating acid is recovered. The method can save power consumption of circulating cooling water, reduce water supplement quantity of the circulating water, recover the heat energy and is suitable for sulfuric acid manufacturers using sulfur or brasses as a raw material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to sulfuric acid, in particular to a method for recovering low-temperature heat energy in the acid production process in the sulfuric acid production process. Background technique [0002] In the process of sulfuric acid production, most of the low-temperature heat energy in the acid production section is taken away by circulating cooling water. This heat accounts for about 30% of the total calorific value in the sulfuric acid production process. This not only consumes a large amount of circulating water and corresponding power , and caused the loss of low-temperature heat energy. [0003] In order to recycle this heat, researchers at home and abroad continue to try various effective ways. So far, the relatively mature low-temperature heat energy recovery process for acid production is the "HRS" system developed by Monsanto Company of the United States. After potential heat energy, low-pressure saturated steam of 0.4-1.0MPa is ge...
