The invention discloses an improved structure of a pulse width modulation controller, which comprises a PWM generating module, a voltage feedback module and an auxiliary control circuit module, wherein the input end of the PWM generating module is connected with an oscillator and the output end of the auxiliary control circuit module; the voltage feedback module comprises an amplifying circuit and a feedback control circuit; the receiving end of the feedback control circuit is connected with a load end, while the output end is connected with a feedback node and the auxiliary control circuit module; the input end of the auxiliary control circuit module receives the signals from the voltage feedback module and an input power supply and the signals are processed by the auxiliary control circuit module and then output to the load end to improve the stability and the reaction speed of the system; when the difference between a feedback voltage and the input of a power supply is small, the output gain value of the auxiliary control circuit module is small, so the compensation stability is improved to make the output voltage stable; and when the different between the feedback voltage and the input of the power supply is large, the output gain value of the auxiliary control circuit module is large, and thus, the reaction speed fed back is improved to make the output voltage stable.
