Abstract

In recent years, hazards of heavy metal to the health and safety of a human body draw great attention of countries in the world and many countries raise strict requirement on the content of imported Chinese medicinal heavy metal. Heavy metal pollution of Chinese medicaments becomes a key barrier for the Chinese medicament to go to the world and enter international medicament market. The method comprises sample treatment which comprises the following steps: correctly weighing a sample to be measured of a manyprickle acathopanax root plant or a manyprickle acathopanax root series of product; putting the sample to be measured in a microwave digestion inner tank; adding digestion solution into the inner tank; putting the inner tank into an outer tank and sealing the outer tank; putting the outer tank into a microwave digestion system to perform digestion; cooling the outer tank; fixing the volume of the solution and pouring the constant volume solution into a 25 mL color comparison tube with a stopper into which 2.0 mL of hydrochloric acid and 2.0 mL of thiourea are added in advance; measuring by an atomic fluorescence method; and drawing working curves of the arsenic and stibium. The method is used for measuring the content of the arsenic and stibium in Chinese medicinal manyprickle acathopanax root.
