Abstract

The invention relates to a formula and a production process of water dispersible poly(ether ketone ketone) emulsion and belongs to the technical field of high polymers. The formula comprises the following components: 20 to 50 weight percent of poly(ether ketone ketone) micropowder, 1 to 10 weight percent of dispersant, 1 to 5 weight percent of stabilizer, 40 to 70 weight percent of distilled water and 0.5 to 5 weight percent of sulfonated polyarylether. The production process comprises: placing the poly(ether ketone ketone) micropowder, the dispersant, the deionized water and the sulfonated polyarylether in a container in proportion; dispersing the mixture at a high speed for 10 to 20 minutes; sieving the product of the dispersion; mixing the stabilizer with the product passing through sieve; and stirring the stabilizer and the product at a low speed for 30 to 60 minutes. The emulsion of the invention does not contain organic solvent and no organic solvent is used in the preparation of the emulsion, so the requirements for environmental protection are met; the emulsion has high stability; the preparation method is simple and high in production efficiency; and the emulsion can be used in the manufacturing of heat-resistance coating, non-stick coating or coating polymers.
