The extracting method is characterized by comprising the following steps: drying blackberry seeds till the water content thereof is not more than 9%; putting the blackberry seeds into a blade-type grinder, grinding for 10s-20s, then passing through a 20-mesh sieve, and taking the sieved parts as extracting materials; placing the extracting materials into an extracting device, and adjusting the extracting device to have the following technique parameter: extracting pressure of 25-35MPa, extracting temperature of 30-45 DEG C,separating pressure of 10-14MPa and separating temperature of 50-60 DEG C, finishing extraction and obtaining the blackberry seed oil. The method carries out effective treatment to the materials before carrying out supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, adopts the blade-type grinder to grind large part of seed shells, and then passes through the 20-mesh sieve, so more than 80% grinding seed shells can be removed, the sieved seed kernels do not need to be ground, and can be directly used for extraction.
