Abstract

The invention relates to the viscose fiber, which aims at providing the viscose fiber with the health-care function and good spinning performance, and the preparation method thereof. The invention has the technical scheme that the health-care function viscose fiber comprises viscose fiber, wherein sodium alginate powder and calamine powder are contained in the viscose fiber. A process of preparing the health-care function viscose fiber of the claim of right 1 comprises the viscose preparation and spinning work procedures, and comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the sodium alginate powder into a sodium hydroxide solution to be made into a sodium alginate colloid solution; (2) slowly adding the calamine powder into the sodium alginate colloid solution under the stirring condition; and (3) adding the sodium alginate colloid solution containing the calamine powder prepared in the second step into the viscose in the dissolution process of cellulose sulfonate, and carrying out mixing and grinding to obtain spinning liquid with the health-care function.
