Abstract

The invention provides a benzo five-membered unsaturated heterocycle compound and a preparation method thereof. The compound has the structure shown in the general formula (I). A test shows that the compound has the activity for up regulating the bone morphogenetic protein BMP-2 expression and the function of resisting osteoporosis. The invention also provides a medicine composition containing the compound as the active ingredient. An in-vitro activity test shows that the compound represents obvious up-regulating function for the bone morphogenetic protein BMP-2 expression; and an SAMP6 rapidageing mice in-vivo activity test result shows that the compound has the function of improving the osteoporosis of ageing model mice. The invention provides a basis for further research and development of the osteoporosis-resisting medicine of the compound.
