A sealing gasket is arranged between the cylinder body and the cylinder head and comprises an outer ring and an inner ring which are flush with each other towards one surface of the cylinder head; the thickness of the inner ring is greater than that of the outer ring; a portion of the inner ring protruding from the outer ring is embedded into a groove formed between the end surface of the cylinder sleeve and the end surface of the cylinder body; and the outer ring is attached on the end surface of the cylinder body.
