A sealing gasket is arranged between the cylinder body and the cylinder head and comprises an outer ring and an inner ring which are flush with each other towards one surface of the cylinder head; the thickness of the inner ring is greater than that of the outer ring; a portion of the inner ring protruding from the outer ring is embedded into a groove formed between the end surface of the cylinder sleeve and the end surface of the cylinder body; and the outer ring is attached on the end surface of the cylinder body. The invention solves the problem of the phenomenon of cylinder head gasket damage easily occurring during the use of the traditional cylinder fitting, improves the whole sealing performance, breaks through the situation of the use of mineral graphite in a large area of the traditional graphite cylinder gasket, reduces the application amount of graphite, maximizes the utilization value of materials and reduces the cost.
