Abstract

The invention discloses a hepatitis B virus affinity adsorption column and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a blood perfusion technology. The adsorption column comprises affinity microspheres (1), a polyester column (2) and separation membranes (3); and the microspheres (1) are arranged in the polyester column (2), and two ends of the polyester column (2) are closed through the separation membranes (3). The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing adsorption microspheres; 2) activating the adsorption microspheres and obtaining the activated microspheres; 3) fixing antibodies and obtaining the affinity microspheres; 4) closing unreacted aldehyde and epoxy; 5) filling the column; and 6) sealing with the membranes. The hepatitis B virus affinity adsorption column can assist or replace the anti-virus treatment of hepatitis B, realize significant effects, be applicable to removing hepatitis B virus in blood of hepatitis B virus carriers, chronic hepatitis B patients, patients with severe hepatitis B and the patients with liver cancer and achieve the purposes of relieving, treating and saving lives of the patients. The antibodies against other virus are fixed on the affinity microspheres (1), thereby having good treatment effect for a variety of diseases, such as AIDS and the like.
