The process comprises the following specific flows of: (1) heating procedure: heating an initial blank to 1,000-1,300 DEG C; (2) blank manufacturing procedure: manufacturing the heated initial blank into a blank through a roller and a wedge-shaped die, reasonably allocating the volume of the blank to obtain two symmetrical prefabricated blanks and ensuring that the shapes of the prefabricated blanks more conform to a forging die impression; (3) segmenting procedure: segmenting and separating the two symmetrical prefabricated blanks; (4) die forging procedure: continuously deforming the prefabricated blanks to obtain a final forged piece; and (5) trimming procedure: cutting trimmings to obtain a final qualified forged piece.
