Abstract

The invention discloses a dryer, which comprises an outer barrel, an inner barrel and a cooling coil, wherein the outer barrel is used for placing a drying agent; the inner barrel is arranged in and communicated with the outer barrel; and the cooling coil is arranged between the outer barrel and the inner barrel. Circulating cooling water used for cooling the drying agent is introduced in the cooling coil. When the dryer enters a cooling stage after regenerative heating is finished, the cooling coil fast carries heat produced by the regenerative heating of the drying agent away through the cooling water, so the cooling rate of a drying agent bed is twice higher than that of a conventional structure, and a regeneration nitrogen source can be saved by over 70 percent. When the dryer works, the absorption heat produced by the water absorption of the drying agent can be carried away through the circulating water by the cooling coil to avoid the temperature rise of the bed of a molecular sieve caused by the absorption heat produced by the water absorption, thereby ensuring the absorption capacity and absorption depth of the molecular sieve. Compared with the prior art in which the absorption depth and the absorption capacity are increased by increasing the filling volume of the molecular sieve to carry the absorption heat of the dryer away, the dryer greatly reduces the cost.
