Abstract

The invention provides a substrate circuit and a liquid crystal display (LCD) system using the same. The substrate circuit comprises a substrate layer, a circuit layer which is arranged on the substrate layer, and a plurality of test contact pad areas, wherein the substrate layer is provided with a plurality of electrode pad areas; the circuit layer comprises an LCD panel drive circuit and a plurality of signal wires; the LCD panel drive circuit is connected with the plurality of electrode pad areas on the substrate layer; the plurality of signal wires are extended to the plurality of electrode pad areas, and are used for connecting with the LCD panel drive circuit and transmitting signals when the LCD panel performs the display; and the plurality of test contact pad areas are respectively arranged on the plurality of signal wires. The substrate circuit and the LCD system using the same of the invention have lower cost and smaller impedance of the signal wires.
