Different from the traditional network, the information diffusion network provided by the invention classifiably labels information by utilizing information grouping labels without using a data transmission method based on a target address route, the users participate in diffusing classified information by downloading the information grouping labels, when two or more users are at short distance, the user handheld terminals automatically exchange messages or files under the same information grouping labels, and then the users move by taking the terminal and unselectively diffuse the data files to other terminals belonging to the same information group. Different from the traditional network such as the internet and the like, the information diffusion network carries out information classifying by utilizing the information grouping labels without using network address label nodes and unselectively diffuses information in the same information group. Similar to the spread way of parainfluenza virus, the invention diffuses information by sufficiently utilizing the mobility of the users and ensures the effectiveness of the information by utilizing the information grouping labels.
